Language is the interface again
Growing up as a kid in Harlem, New York, I also lived in MUDs — text-based online worlds where every room, object and action was made of text. That was my first experience with the power of words as the navigator of screens.
Professionally, since 2017, I've shaped how language drives user experience for KAYAK, Care.com, eBay, and Tom Brady's TB12 sports app. Along the way the work grew past copy: turning experiment data into content strategy systems, writing the behavioral rules AI agents live by and building the software those rules run in.
I'm also a founder. Sauntr is my spontaneous travel project — the new way to get lost, helping you find places to go and things to do when you travel without a plan. It started as a scrappy vibe coded MVP and is now in the hands of users. All of these experiences have made me perfectly positioned to help product teams succeed in the latest era of language in design.
